The association of Europe children Pirna inc. organises every year a gift collection for destitute children and old people in Romania. In addition many gift packages are collected in Pirna and surroundings. Also this year engaged men drive in the 12/16/2011 again many miles to bring to those somewhat of the light of the Christmas to which it not so goes well as the people in Germany. We have decided to support the carriage for many packages financially. To all assistants a good journey and a happy homecoming in the 12/23/2011.

Numerous projects in medium-high voltage technology put fitted for us in front of the challenge independently of external service providers examining in conformity with the norm before her putting into commissioning. We have purchased the corresponding test technology at a company, based in Chemnitz. We can the following test frequency with the acquired one now Carrying out test technology:

- Check according to DIN VDE 0276-620 / medium-high voltage cable with extruded insulation or the insulating materials PE, VPE, EPR, HEPR
- Check according to DIN VDE 0276-621 / energy distribution cable with a imbued paper insulation (AC or DC)
- Coat checks at medium-high voltage cables

For the LTV saxony or with the planning-community HWS SGC we plan the ICA-equipment of the complete dyke line of the marked-out route Stetzsch - Gohlis - Cossebaude.
The following part tasks are included:

- redundant power supply from the 20-KV net
- ICA-equipment of all technological buildings
- Communication connections along the complete marked-out route
- Connection to the process conducting system of the LTV
- ICA-equipment of the groundwatermonitoringsystem
- mobile emergency power systems

For the calculation of complex high voltage and medium-high voltage nets, also for low voltage nets, we have introduced the software tool Power Factory of the company digsilent in our enterprise.
The programme is used among us for planning tasks and for the interpretation of machine outlet panels in connection with post-connected transformers or 20-110 kV-nets.
The functions the overcurrent time & distance protection, optimization of distributive networks and transient engine high race can be used for our calculations besides standard functionalities like power flow and short circuit calculations.

For the expansion of our production capacities we improve a new manufacturing location in the commercial district Dohna. Another 200 sqm of office space added for design and administration.
We are in the draft planning at the moment. As of spring 2012 the new production centre then shall go into operation. Our location Heidenau remains unchanged as headquarters of the E & A.

We will soon introduce the maintenance of industrial health and safety standards management system OHRIS (OccupatiOnal HealtH andrisk management system) for the realization of a professional maintenance of industrial health and safety standards with us. We want to install a management tool coordinated with us with this system which takes into account the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises and offers concrete action guides.     

In turn the support audit CR was carried out by LRQA Cologne. All processes of our company were checked, this year the focus on the check of our division planning amounted. During the support audit our enterprise could demonstrate the efficiency of our SQM to the satisfaction of the audit Swiss Code of Obligations.

Our machine outlet panel TIBS®-MOP was taken to a internal arc examination to IEC 62271-200 on 3-1-2011, the examination was carried out in Berlin at the IPH. The examination was passed without complaints.

internal arc qualification:  IAC AFLR 20 kA 1 s

With this examination a development was, to the end completed one a type-accepted switchgear product is at the market's and our customers' disposal to IEC. The video displayed below shows attached  collecting busbar room the examinee in the direction of the machine.  

We were common in the castle Lomnitz in Silesia to guest from 3-4-2011 up to 3-6-2011. We were impressed by the excellent and dedicated construction work  of the lords of the castle within the last few 20 years. The time passed  very fast in good Silesian food, wonderful weather and many a good drop in the evening hours. On Saturday a kind travelling companion walked us at the foot of the Sudeten Mountains by a beautiful countryside} which has to tell also much historical one. The 850 years old stave church Wang at Krummhübel which was made by Norway to Silesia in the middle of the 19th century impressed us particularly.
